Adults
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.
I work in a person-centred way, tailoring each session to your individual needs. Where helpful, I may also draw on approaches such as Transactional Analysis to explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, alongside coaching techniques to help you build confidence, clarity, and resilience.
I offer one-to-one sessions as well as opportunities for group support, depending on what feels right for you.

Trauma
Experiences of trauma can have a lasting impact, often showing up as anxiety, flashbacks, feeling on edge, difficulties in relationships, or a sense of being stuck. You may not always connect these feelings to past experiences—but they can still affect how you feel day to day.
I offer a safe, supportive space where we can work gently and at your pace to process what has happened. My approach is grounded in a person-centred way of working, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and in control throughout.
Where appropriate, I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a powerful and evidence-based approach that can help you process difficult or traumatic experiences and reduce their emotional impact.
Together, we will work towards helping you feel more settled, regain a sense of control, and move forward with greater ease.
EDMR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people process and recover from difficult or traumatic experiences.
Sometimes, past experiences can feel as though they are still present—showing up as anxiety, distressing memories, low self-worth, or patterns that feel hard to change. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess these experiences so they feel less overwhelming and no longer hold the same emotional intensity.
As a therapist, I offer EMDR in a safe and supportive way, ensuring you feel in control throughout the process. We will always work at your pace, taking time to build stability and coping strategies before processing any difficult memories.
EMDR can be helpful for a range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, and distressing or stuck memories.
Many people find that after EMDR, they feel lighter, more settled, and better able to move forward with their lives.
I am currently undertaking advanced training in EMDR and offer this approach as part of my ongoing professional development, with appropriate supervision in place.
